Seminar and Tasting: This event was an opportunity to join Winemaker Luisa Ponzi as she charted the evolution of Chardonnay in the Willamette Valley and the factors that influenced many changes through the years.
The Event included:
• Blind tasting of Chardonnays from Oregon & around the world
• Vertical tasting of Ponzi Chardonnays pulled from the family library
• Italian cheeses picked to pair exclusively with Chardonnay
