Michel Ponzi is somewhat of a jack of all trades. In addition to directing the daily operations of the company, he is also our savvy IT guru, a jazz musician and song writer. In the early days of the family winery, Michel, the oldest of the 3 Ponzi siblings, was charged with helping his father lay the groundwork for the family’s first Oregon vineyard. As he grew up, he developed a knack for numbers and soon took over administrative duties.
Outside of work, Michel enjoys a daily swim, and adventurous activities and sports with his two sons. He knows how to relax too. One of the best moments of his day is eating dinner with his family, while enjoying a beautiful Oregon sunset cast a spectacular glow over three of the Ponzi vineyard sites. His favorite Ponzi wine to unwind with? A chilled glass of Pinot Gris.
