2007 Ponzi Vino Gelato
Vino Gelato begins with carefully selected clusters from the old White Riesling vines in our Estate Vineyard and Muscat grown in the Willamette Valley, which are frozen until mid-winter. Luisa then carefully presses these clusters to capture the sugar and intense flavors inside.
Vino Gelato is fermented to retain a fine balance of acidity and sweetness, and bottled in a whimsical 375 ml bottle, just right for serving alongside a favorite dessert... we recommend ricotta cheesecake.
